Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at checkout, no holds or payment plans.
(shoppay/quadpay type installments are accepted via the shopify checkout on the user side, user is responsible for payment service)
Cancellations are not always permitted so please be sure you want to buy the product you are looking at.
Shipping
Shipping prices are calculated based on UPS/USPS postage rates. These rates are subject to change and are expected to increase next year (again).
For BODY CARE ITEMS: 1-2 Day Priority shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product.We aim to use 2 day shipping or faster when ordering body care products for quality control of your items.
Pre-made items will ship within 1 week of your purchase(but can typically ship in 1-3 days)
If you are in the US, please allow 2-7 days for delivery.
If you are outside of the US, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.
Address Changes
Please email, direct message, or comment on our posts on Instagram about any address changes as soon as possible to ensure Baby Sloth Co. sees it before the shop fulfills your order.
Lost Orders
If your tracking number shows that your order was lost during transit, Baby Sloth Co. will offer you a 50% refund. Since international orders do not have thorough tracking please allow up to 8 weeks to see if the item could have just been delayed during transit before requesting a 50% refund for the lost item as this is often the case.
In some cases we can work out a way to do a custom replacement order of the product for 50% off the original price.
International Custom Fees
Baby Sloth Co.is not responsible for customs fees if there are any. Please be wary of import fees especially in Canada. We know that they can be very steep for high value orders, Baby Sloth Co. does try to always value them less than what they were sold for since these are handmade items.
Returns and Exchanges
Baby Sloth Co. will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any products once they arrive in your hands
Damaged Items
However, If your product arrives damaged or flawed then please contact us with a photo by email or direct message on IG and we can work out a solution to replace, fix the item, or give a partial refund.
Please treat all items with care.
Additional Policies
Baby Sloth Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Failure to follow terms of service can result in prohibition from future purchases.
Baby Sloth Co. has the right to prohibit/blacklist anyone from our shop for rudeness, threats, frequent returning, fraudulent flags, chargebacks, etc.
Baby Sloth Co. is not responsible for any injury or illness while products are in use.

Custom Sublimation Policies
At Baby Sloth Co., we are committed to providing high-quality custom sublimation products that exceed your expectations. Please review the following policies to help ensure a smooth process and the best results for your order:
In-House Blanks Policy
To guarantee the highest quality and consistency in our sublimation process, we prefer to supply the blanks for all custom orders. By using our in-house blanks, we ensure compatibility with our sublimation techniques and minimize the risk of flaws or damage during production.
- Blank Supply: Baby Sloth Co. offers a variety of in-house blanks in various sizes and colors to suit your design needs.
- Quality Control: Using our blanks ensures the materials are sublimation-friendly, and we can promptly replace any flawed items.
- Preferred Option: For the best results and to streamline the process, we highly encourage customers to select blanks from our available stock.
Customer-Provided Blanks Policy
When you provide your own blanks, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- Risk of Imperfections: While we take great care in our sublimation process, customer-provided blanks may not always yield the same results as our in-house stock. Imperfections in fabric or material type can lead to flaws in the print, and we cannot take responsibility for such outcomes.
- Backup Blanks Recommended: To avoid potential issues, we strongly suggest providing one or two extra blanks when submitting your order. This provides a backup if any problems arise during the printing process.
- Replacement Process: If a customer-provided blank is damaged during sublimation, we will re-sublimate a replacement at no additional charge. However, the customer is responsible for providing a new blank for reprinting, and the cost of the replacement blank is not covered.
Sublimation Risks
While sublimation is a highly effective method of printing, certain risks and limitations must be considered:
- Color Variability: Sublimation can sometimes result in slight color variations due to fabric composition, heat settings, or the type of blank used. We make every effort to achieve accurate color matching, but some variance is inherent in the process.
- Material Compatibility: Sublimation works best on polyester or polyester-blend fabrics. Fabrics with a higher cotton content may not yield the same vibrant results. Please ensure the blanks you provide are sublimation-compatible.
- Print Placement & Quality: We take extra care in ensuring the design is properly aligned and printed. However, slight variations in alignment may occur due to the nature of the process and material type.
