Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to all 50 states in the US!

**Overseas shipping can be arranged please message us to coodinate an overseas order!**

Please be wary of any international fees that are out of our control such as customs fees.

All international sales are final and will usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Your shipping cost is calculated based on the current UPS/USPS postage rates, your shipping address, and the weight of your order at checkout. 

These rates are subject to change

Where is my tracking information?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped and this will have your tracking information.

All pre-made items will ship within 1 week of your purchase but typically ship in 1-3 days.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email please email us at babyslothco@gmail.com with your order number/name/address.

If you are in the US, please allow 2-7 days for delivery. If you are outside of the US, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Baby Sloth Co. will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any products once they arrive in your hands


*Damaged Items*
However If your product arrives damaged or flawed, then please email us at babyslothco@gmail.com with a photo by email or direct message on IG and we can work out a solution to replace, fix the item, or given a partial refund.

Help! My product did not arrive up to par!

In some very rare cases, body care products will leak or melt;

or accessories/other items can be damaged or break in transit on their way to you.

This is a rare occurrence but does happen from time to time. Likewise, if you receive a product that you suspect to be expired or not suitable for use please contact us at babyslothco@gmail.com with a photo by email or direct message and we will be happy to work out a solution to replace, fix the item and sort out any issues to satisfy your order and service with us!
